UCore AI provides business management platforms (UBAP and Enterprise) that include features such as scheduling, calendar synchronization, and workflow management. Our platforms may integrate with third-party services, including Google Calendar, to enhance functionality.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of our platforms are owned by UCore AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability of our platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
